We want you to be happy with your Lys Studio pieces. If something is not right, please contact us and we will help where we can.
Change of mind returns
We accept returns on eligible full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and returned with original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding cannot be returned for change of mind.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit in line with our obligations under New Zealand consumer law.
Return shipping
Return shipping for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to request a return
Please email hello@shoplysstudio.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, the reason for return and photos if the item is faulty or incorrect.
We will confirm the next steps by email.
