What is Lys Studio linen made from?
Our core bedding is made from 100% flax linen, chosen for its breathability, natural texture and relaxed drape.
Each piece is stonewashed for softness from the first use and designed to become more comfortable over time.
Where is Lys Studio designed?
Lys Studio is designed in New Zealand with a simple, restrained approach to everyday bedding.
We focus on natural materials, muted colours and considered details - nothing unnecessary.
Where are your products made?
Our linen is responsibly made in China by experienced linen specialists.
We work with suppliers who understand natural fabrics and the level of finish required for premium bedding.
Do you offer silk products?
Yes. While our core range is 100% flax linen, Lys Studio also offers selected silk pieces and may expand into other natural fabrics over time.
The principle remains the same: natural, simple and made to be used.
Is linen suitable for sensitive skin?
Linen is naturally breathable and gentle against the skin. It is also considered a good option for many people with sensitive skin, allergies or eczema-prone skin.
As with any textile, individual sensitivities can vary.
Will linen feel rough?
Linen has more natural texture than cotton, but our pieces are stonewashed for softness from the first night.
It will continue to soften with washing and use.
Is linen good year-round?
Yes. Linen is naturally temperature-regulating. It feels breathable in warmer months and comfortable layered in cooler seasons.
What sizes do you offer?
Our current bedding range is available in Queen and King.

How should I care for linen?
Wash gently in cold or lukewarm water, use mild detergent, avoid bleach and line dry where possible.

Do you ship within New Zealand?
Yes. We ship within New Zealand.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shoplysstudio.com.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on eligible full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.
